Director Group is thrilled to announce a new member of their team giving them a crucial edge in tech, R&D, science, and tech sectors.

Ben O’Connor MSc, MRICS joins Director Group as an Associate Director and will be focusing on commercial occupiers, Science Parks and R&D sectors for Director Group. O’Connor is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience. He has held senior roles at major UK players such as GVA, Homes England, Kajima, and Cushman and Wakefield. His extensive background in commercial agency, science parks and R&D, occupier strategy and development management, makes him a pivotal team member in the future of Director Group.

Ben O’Connor has worked across the South West, South East and London.  Ben started his career in development and site acquisitions followed by time in commercial and office agency. In recent years Ben has broadened his horizons into public sector advisory, strategy, and development management with several private and public sector clients. Ben can offer clients advice across the property lifecycle from acquisition, delivery, strategy, asset management through to disposal.
