Director Group Consultants, Rebecca Stevenson and Andrew Beshaw recently completed a business location strategy and site selection project for a UK based, biomedical company. The project required, the identification and acquisition of new HQ office space and near-by warehousing that would satisfy ambitious growth plans.

As independent consultants, Director Group were able to identify some 20 potential properties across the whole market. Simultaneously, they helped the management team to draw up a location strategy that would provide for short and medium term growth and satisfy their business improvement aspirations in terms of customer and staff experience, service capability and affordability.
